Overview

At Evomi, we strive to deliver consistent, reliable service to our customers. However, infrastructure-related constraints can impact service functionality. Thus, we encourage you (the Customer) to carefully read this SLA, which outlines important information about resolving technical issues, utilizing our services, communicating with our Customer Care team, and your options under our Dispute Resolution, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

Services Provided

Evomi offers Customer access to our system along with additional features, ensuring general service availability, subject to uptime limitations.

Access and System Features

System Access:
Evomi provides access to our website and, upon successful registration, to the Customer Dashboard and Support services, as restricted by the purchased package.

System Capabilities:
Customers access Evomi’s infrastructure, subject to GEO, connection types, and available ports, as defined within the Customer Dashboard.

Package Customization:
Customers can configure system access options within the Dashboard according to the purchased package.

Uptime and System Reliability

Service Uptime:
Evomi guarantees 99% service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated to the Customer in advance via a notification on the website.

System Uptime:
Evomi ensures 99% system uptime, apart from scheduled maintenance periods, pre-announced via a website notification.

Support Availability:
Evomi offers free access to Customer Support for system-related inquiries. Support can be accessed through the internal chat within the Dashboard, or by emailing support@evomi.com. While immediate responses are not guaranteed, we strive to address inquiries promptly.

Connection Speed:
Internet quality and speed are affected by third-party providers and are beyond Evomi's control. Thus, we do not guarantee connection quality or speed.

Request Success Rate:
Internet quality and speed are affected by third-party providers and are beyond Evomi's control. Thus, we do not guarantee any specific success rate through any of our Proxies or other Products.

Technical and Traffic Support

External Software:
Evomi does not ensure third-party software compatibility with our system.

Traffic Limits:
Each package includes a monthly traffic limit, after which services pause until the next billing period or package upgrade. Verify limits before purchase.

GeoIP Location:
Evomi uses its proprietary GeoIP database and does not guarantee functionality with any third-party databases.

Third-Party Resource Availability

Evomi does not guarantee third-party service availability within our system and assumes no liability for the same.
